Customer Experience + Scheduling VA

to run the front end of our workflow: inquiries → bookings → quote visits → follow-ups → confirmed jobs. You'll be the person who keeps customers impressed and the schedule running clean.

What you'll own

• Respond to new inquiries fast (calls, SMS, email, socials)
• Book and coordinate onsite quote visits between customers + painters
• Follow up quotes and push bookings forward (professional, friendly, consistent)
• Prepare quotes and keep customer/job details clean and accurate
