We are seeking an experienced CSVA Project Assistant to join our team and ensure that our clients achieve maximum value from our product.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Promptly respond to internal team emails with clear, professional communication
• Support the Customer Success team by completing tasks, documenting work, and helping drive projects to completion using our tools and software
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand and support client needs
• Coordinate with internal teams on technical and operational tasks related to ongoing projects
• Work with the Customer Success and Support team to help manage client relationships
