What you will do:

– Give your warmest welcome to all our customers

– Providing excellent service to customers for ticketing and phone enquiries

– Assist in sale of merchandise/photos/videos

You will need to:

• Have a good sense of customer service, patience and responsibility
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Be energetic, motivated, result-oriented and a great team player
• Be able to work full-time and on rotating shifts
• Be able to speak and understand Mandarin in order to communicate with Chinese-speaking tourists.
