Planning & Forecasting:

Prepare planning for the Customer Service business unit (MBBP and FC’s), including Revenue, Sales Discounts and Costs of Goods Sold 

Prepare and manage the budget for PDC costs 

Ensure continuous alignment of plan and forecast with the business unit

Prepare and submit the Risk Management plan in MBBP and FC after alignment with Business unit
 

Actuals Submission & Reporting:

Ensure Timely submission and accuracy of Actuals in the internal reporting system on a monthly basis

Prepare monthly financial report on Planning vs. Actual and report to the relevant stakeholders (business unit, HQ and management)
