About the job Customer Services Specialist - Blue Health Informatics Blue Health  is hiring Customer Success Specialists  for our Voice Program  within the Clinical department. This role involves assisting our U.S.-based Pharmacies via calls, resolving their queries and concerns while following defined processes. 
We're looking for candidates who are experienced in dealing with international customers, but more than that, we value personality,  passion, and a strong work ethic.  A good sense of humor is a big plus too!  
Qualifications  Excellent verbal and written English communication 
American or neutral accent is essential 
Proficiency in MS Office  (especially Excel & Word)
