The Customer Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day customer service function dedicated to multiple tier-one client within a contract logistics e-commerce facility. The role ensures high service levels, accurate communication, and effective issue resolution across inbound orders, outbound order fulfilment, returns, invoicing, and inventory queries.
Acting as the senior on-site customer services representative, the Supervisor leads the customer service team, serves as the primary escalation point for the client, and works closely with warehouse operations to ensure contractual KPIs and SLAs are consistently met.
