Customer services team leader

Key purpose:

To manage supervise planners, internal sales coordinators and cash sales personnel.

Duties and experience: Issue weekly production schedules for production requirements. Plans are up to date and always showing an accurate reflection of what is running. Plan reflects all job delays. Planning information prepared for review against actual production submitted by plants. Sending communication, when required, on priorities that should be loaded onto trucks if requested by relevant sales manager Ensuring that adequate buffer levels are always in place. Secure the necessary moulds before scheduling the new production run for the plants. Placing orders with external & internal suppliers and following up the execution of the order.
