Customer Service/Sales Representative

We’re looking for Sales Customer Service Representatives to engage customers, promote products or services, and help meet sales targets. You’ll assist clients, answer inquiries, and provide excellent support across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat
• Explain product features, pricing, and promotions
• Support customers with orders, subscriptions, or service upgrades
• Maintain accurate records of all customer transactions
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors
• Achieve personal and team sales targets
