Customer Solutions – Air Export

Our freight forwarding client is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative with experience in Air Export operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer & Operations Management

• Act as the primary customer contact and escalation point for air import and export shipments.
• Proactively explain procedures and requirements to shippers and consignees.
• Provide quick and effective solutions during operational escalations.
• Ensure end-to-end operational flow from origin to destination.

Air Freight Operations

• Handle air freight shipments (General Cargo, Consol, DG, and other special cargo as applicable).
• Ensure accurate verification of HAWB / MAWB prior to cargo release.
• Coordinate with counterpart, shippers, airlines, customs brokers, and trucking providers.
• Ensure on-time uplift, arrival handling, and delivery performance in line with KPIs.
