We are hiring Customer Solutions Associates for a telecommunications account in Cagayan de Oro City. This role is open to HS or SHS graduates, with preference for applicants who have at least six months of customer care experience, though candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
Salary offers vary based on experience, starting at ₱16,850 for freshers and up to ₱20,000 for applicants with no CCE. Candidates with six to twelve months of experience may receive up to ₱19,000, while those with thirteen months or more may earn up to ₱21,000. Higher packages of up to ₱30,000 to ₱40,000 are available for applicants with international voice BPO experience. A relocation package is offered to qualified candidates outside Cagayan de Oro.
