As part of our investment plan, we are seeking an exceptional information professional to work within the B2B Product team. Dow Jones Customer Solutions Engineers are responsible for working directly with customers as well as partners leveraging our data product suite. This includes providing support to both technical and business users, understanding their needs in order to support integration of our products.



Responsibilities



+ Understand our customers' technical and business requirements and design a technical solution using Dow Jones data and services to achieve these
