Beezwide is looking for a proactive and client-focused Customer Specialist to join our growing virtual team! If you’re passionate about helping clients, closing deals, and delivering exceptional service — we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with leads and convert them into loyal clients
• Provide responsive, friendly customer support via email, phone, and chat
• Maintain CRM records and track interactions (Zoho experience is a plus!)
• Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction
• Troubleshoot basic client concerns and escalate when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales and customer service
• No accent English. Fluent and Conversational
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook required)
