Job Description

JOB PURPOSE 
The CSP & Shopper Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of category, channel, and shopper initiatives across markets. The role provides exposure to how brand plans are translated into in-store and channel-specific execution, while building foundational skills in analytics, commercial planning, and shopper activation.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the development of channel and customer plans by consolidating inputs from sales, brand, and finance teams
Assist in building monthly and quarterly planning decks and tracking tools
Help analyse historical performance (sales, distribution, promotions) to identify trends and opportunities
Contribute to building simple planning inputs for channel/customer business plans
Support the execution of in-store activations, promotions, and campaigns across key channels
Assist in developing promotional plans and tracking their implementation
