Job Description

                    Responsibilities Maintain open and effective communication with distributors and STEP partners. 
Coordinate meetings and calls with the sales team to introduce the program to potential partners and reinforce its benefits. 
Serve as the main representative of the STEP program, communicating updates, improvements, and tool launches to internal and external stakeholders. 
Uphold Hanwha’s values and promote loyalty and transparency within the partner ecosystem. 
Collaborate with the STEP team to propose initiatives for partner recruitment, reactivation, and retention across program levels. 
Review and process new partner applications, ensuring alignment with STEP partner guidelines. 
Analyze POS reports to conduct monthly audits and develop action plans with key accounts. 
Recommend STEP partner levels based on performance metrics and update them each semester.
