Customer Success Accounts Associate

Job Description:

A Marketing & Sales Admin Associate's main function is to assist the CAGMA team (Customer Account Group, Marketing, and Admin). This would entail responding to Customer requests and queries, specifically while the Customer is onsite. These requests/inquiries would include but not be limited to security passes, hotel accommodations, transportation, customer room supplies, and internet connection.

Apart from these, it is also the responsibility of the Associate to upkeep the Department's online work management platform and ensure its functionality is always maintained.

It is also one of the added responsibilities of the Associate to familiarize oneself in the latest proposal templates used by the Sales team and is expected to be familiar with the process of material sales and to draft material sales proposals.
