A significant role to support a growing property management/ short-term rental/ vacation home rental company based in South Carolina.
The Customer Success and Analytics Manager is a data-driven role focused on improving owner satisfaction and retention through insight and proactive action. Initially centered on reporting and performance analysis, this position will evolve into designing predictive and preventative programs to reduce churn, improve communication, and identify growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
● Gather, clean, and analyze data from multiple systems (PMS, accounting, maintenance, and guest
platforms).
● Build dashboards and reports tracking performance, revenue trends, and owner satisfaction metrics.
● Design plans and create the ideal pathway of success for property owners.
