Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for a Customer Success Specialist. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling sales operations and communicating with clients and other internal staff. The role is located in Seri Kembangan.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers with the aim of generating interest in the product or services offered
Provide timely and courteous responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers through regular follow-ups and effective communication.
Meet and surpass the sales quotas established by the company.
Order Processing:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with the fulfillment and shipping departments to ensure on-time delivery.
