As part of the PartnerStack Customer Success team, you'll play a key role in helping clients navigate the platform. Your excellent customer service skills will allow you to effectively address queries, troubleshoot technical issues, and communicate vital information, driving customer satisfaction higher.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers using Zendesk for support
• Troubleshoot and resolve reported problems swiftly
• Document processes and maintain help center content
• Elevate critical issues to technical teams as needed
