Influencer Hero is looking for a technically-minded
Customer Success Associate (Influencer Marketing)

to lead our clients through the onboarding and implementation process of our influencer marketing software.

You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and effective experience for new users—from initial setup to technical integration and optimization. This role requires a strong ability to understand e-commerce technology, communicate clearly, and think critically to solve challenges and maximize client success.

What you'll do:

• Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring timely and effective implementation
• Conduct platform walkthroughs and technical onboarding sessions tailored to each client's needs
