Key Responsibilities:
Monitor Customer Satisfaction: Regularly track customer satisfaction through surveys, feedback forms, and direct communication, and report findings to relevant teams.
Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
