Job Summary
The Customer Success Associate (CSA) manages post-sale merchant and corporate accounts within the Company's FinTech and Electronic Money Issuer (EMI) ecosystem.
The CSA ensures smooth adoption of digital financial products, maintains high client satisfaction, drives retention, and identifies opportunities to upsell FinTech and EMI solutions. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to revenue growth.
BASIC FUNCTIONS
- Maintain and manage assigned merchant and corporate accounts post-onboarding.
- Monitor and support client adoption of FinTech and EMI products, including QR payments, POS devices, e-wallets, and payment gateways.
- Provide timely resolution of product, operational, and compliance-related issues.
