Role: Operations Compliance Coordinator

About the Role: Are you a process-driven individual with a passion for compliance and technology? As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will manage the critical induction and portal compliance for work undertaken at customer sites. You will work closely with national operations and IT teams to ensure our frontline staff are ready and authorized to work.
Key Responsibilities:
Portal Management: Execute administrative tasks for customer portals, ensuring all site-specific requirements are met.
Induction Compliance: Support large-scale rollouts of employee inductions and manage the introduction of technology platforms to assist in this area.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Sales, IT, and Operations Directors to shape the company's ability to comply with external customer site procedures.
