Summary
We're hiring a detail-obsessed Customer Success Coordinator to run our Control Tower: keeping a complete record of every customer interaction, tracking every open item to resolution, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You will not be the main technical problem-solver. You will be the owner of follow-up discipline: assigning next steps, setting deadlines, sending reminders, and escalating when needed.
What you'll own
A single source of truth for all customer communications (email, calls, WhatsApp summaries, CRM notes).
An open loops system where every request/issue has Owner + Next Action + Due Date.
SLA timers, alerts, and escalation to keep internal teams moving.
Clear, proactive customer updates so customers are never left wondering what's happening.
