Customer Success Engineer — Adoption & Technical Support Location: Ciudad de México 
Salary: MXN 921.000 - 1.290.000

The CSE will manage customer onboarding, provide training, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance satisfaction and retention. Ideal candidates will have 2 years of customer support experience and expertise with SaaS ITIM products and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
