Job Description
Infurnia is hiring Customer Success Executives to own client relationships end-to-end — from onboarding kickoff through sustained, independent adoption. Infurnia is a cloud-native design-to-manufacturing platform for the interior design industry, covering 2D/3D design, rendering, quotations, and manufacturing outputs (cutlists, CNC files, panel labels) in a single browser-based tool.
This is a high-ownership role. You'll be the primary face of Infurnia for clients, getting each one to the point where they're producing real designs, quotations, and production outputs on Infurnia on their own.
Responsibilities
- Onboard and train new clients through role-specific sessions for both customer-facing and production-facing designers.
- Drive go-lives across our five modules — Design, Render, Presentation, Pricing, and Production — including the catalog setup and production configuration.
