Customer success executive

Infurnia is hiring Customer Success Executives to own client relationships end-to-end — from onboarding kickoff through sustained, independent adoption. Infurnia is a cloud-native design-to-manufacturing platform for the interior design industry, covering 2 D/3 D design, rendering, quotations, and manufacturing outputs (cutlists, CNC files, panel labels) in a single browser-based tool.

This is a high-ownership role. You'll be the primary face of Infurnia for clients, getting each one to the point where they're producing real designs, quotations, and production outputs on Infurnia on their own.

Responsibilities

Onboard and train new clients through role-specific sessions for both customer-facing and production-facing designers.
