Customer Success Executive: Impact-Driven Support & Insights

Edenred UAE is looking for a Customer Success Executive to enhance customer satisfaction and support our cardholders. You will interact with customers through inbound chats, resolve issues, and ensure targets are met. You will also provide data and reports to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years in customer service, strong communication skills, and is IT literate. A high school diploma is required, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. This position involves rotational shifts and requires a valid UAE visa.
