Job Description

This job is with Haball Private Limited.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle banks , Corporate, Distributor and Retailer support.
Handle dispute resolution with the customer and liaison with internal teams, PSO/PSP/Banks, ensure legal compliance.
Respond to Support request of all Levels.
Own and drive Severity 1/2 Incidents.
Determine solution adoption and uptake of transactions.
Conduct Operational Review meetings with Corporate Customers
Maintain incidents reports and share with line manager on weekly basis
Strong understanding of digital payments, settlements, and transaction flows.
Ability to handle failed transactions, reconciliation issues, and operational queries.
Comfortable working with CRM/ticketing tools
Good communication skills (written & verbal) for emails, calls, and WhatsApp coordination.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tickets simultaneously.
Strong follow-up and documentation skills.
