Timing: 03:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Experience: 1–2 years (Customer Success / Account Executive)
Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Executive to manage client accounts, ensure smooth coordination with internal teams, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow assigned customer accounts
Handle client inquiries and convert them into sales
Coordinate with the design team for timely, high-quality output
Work with the support team to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Maintain strong communication and build long-term client relationships
Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly targets
Ensure overall customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
1–2 years of relevant experience
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
