The Ranking Geeks is a US-registered digital solutions company serving clients across the United States. We are currently seeking a proactive and results-driven Customer Success Executive to join our growing team and manage relationships with our US-based clientele.
Role Overview:
The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and account growth. The ideal candidate should have at least 1+ year of experience in Customer Success within the US market and a strong understanding of client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with US-based clients
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
