Customer Success Executive

We are looking for a motivated
Customer Success Executive (Vietnamese speaker)
who will support customers through their journey in our service pipeline while also driving revenue through outbound sales engagement. This role focuses on
customer follow-ups, retention, process guidance, and telesales conversions
that contribute directly to the commercial team's goals.

What You'll Be Doing:

Outbound Telesales & Revenue Growth

• Make outbound calls to engage customers with suitable product/service offerings
• Drive upsell, cross-sell, and new sales conversions

Customer Success Ownership

• Guide customers through internal processes with clear explanations
• Ensure customers progress smoothly through each pipeline stage
• Support retention by building trust and long-term engagement
