Customer Success Executive

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Success Executive to join our growing team. If you enjoy managing end-to-end order processes, working closely with customers and suppliers, and keeping operations running smoothly — this role is for you.

As part of our operations team, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless order fulfillment, accurate billing, and excellent customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full order lifecycle, from sales order processing to purchase orders and delivery coordination.
• Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
