We are seeking to hire for a Customer Success Executive , to act as the front-facing ambassador of the company's retail outlet. You will mainly be welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and delivering a pleasant, reassuring service experience.
Success in this role comes from building rapport, providing honest advice, and naturally converting conversations into sales through trust and service quality.
