Customer Success – Fleet Management (Dutch-Speaking)

We’re partnering with a leading global provider of operational leasing and fleet management solutions to recruit a Customer Success & Support Specialist in Lisbon. You’ll assist business customers with fleet management inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth service delivery, contributing to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to maintain high service standards and drive improvements.

Your Role

• Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and service requests from customers, assisting them with fleet management, maintenance, and general operational inquiries.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints or operational issues, providing effective solutions and ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Documentation & Reporting: Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain up-to-date customer records for follow-up actions.
