owns and elevates the end-to-end client delivery experience. This role ensures that clients consistently receive clear communication, high-quality deliverables, and a seamless experience throughout each engagement. By fully owning delivery execution, this role removes the founder as a delivery bottleneck, protects quality, deepens trust, and enables the business to scale without sacrificing standards.

This is a highly visible, high-trust role for someone who enjoys being front and centre with clients and takes pride in delivering exceptional outcomes.
