Customer Success Manager(CSM)は、カスタマーライフサイクル全体を通じて、顧客エンゲージメント・満足度・継続利用を高めるための各種施策をリードするポジションです。
セールス後のカスタマージャーニーにおいて顧客と伴走し、課題解決や顧客体験の向上、プロダクトから得られる価値の最大化に向けた戦略を策定・実行します。

CSMは、継続率・満足度向上を実現するベストインクラスの体制構築を支援し、収益創出につながるサクセスプランを設計するとともに、部門横断で連携しながら、世界水準のカスタマーエクスペリエンスを提供します。
