Job Description
Elevate customer satisfaction as a Customer Success Manager with EFX. This role focuses on optimizing the customer experience lifecycle and driving adoption and retention for complex accounts.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will work on post-Sales Implementation and collaborate closely with clients to maximize their value from EFX solutions. Your responsibilities will include driving usage, managing retention, and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey. This position demands a proactive approach to resolving issues and ensuring clients feel supported in their use of EFX products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive adoption and renewals for complex customer accounts
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams
• Create tailored customer success plans with each client
• Monitor customer health and provide transparency on issues
• Collaborate with Account Executives on quarterly business reviews
