What You'll Do:

• Guide new clients through onboarding and activation, ensuring adoption within the first week.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions, concerns, and feedback.
• Identify potential churn risks and proactively address them.
• Use GoHighLevel daily to track client activity and document progress.
• Identify upsell opportunities and educate clients on platform features.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and client experience.
