Due to continued growth, they are expanding their Customer Success team and are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager (German Speaker) to join their international division in Madrid.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing client accounts within the Hospitality sector, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional services and solutions.
