Job Description
What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll drive customer satisfaction and growth by managing our key accounts. You’ll work closely with industry-leading brands and retailers, ensuring their success while identifying new opportunities. Your role will include:
- Managing and nurturing key accounts from onboarding to success, helping them achieve their goals with Videoly’s service and supporting their daily operations.
- Building and strengthening customer relationships.
- Negotiating contract renewals.
- Identifying and capitalizing on upsell opportunities, both independently and together with the sales team.
- Collaborating with marketing on case studies and customer referrals.
- Advocating for customers within our internal planning and decision-making.
- Supporting the rollout of new product offerings to existing customers and keeping client information and settings up to date in our internal systems...
