Role Purpose
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead Tachyus' Customer Success strategy in LATAM. This is a leadership-heavy, high-visibility role designed for a Technical Consultant–Manager hybrid who combines deep Reservoir Engineering expertise with strong digital oilfield, project leadership, and change-management capabilities.
This role goes far beyond traditional support or delivery. You will act as a trusted digital transformation advisor, responsible for identifying, fitting, and accompanying operators through their end-to-end reservoir management digital transformation journeys—from first technical adoption to enterprise-scale operationalization.
