About the Job
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll own the post-sale client relationship from kickoff to growth. You'll act as the strategic quarterback—driving clear communication, strong execution, and measurable outcomes across every engagement.
You'll manage a portfolio of mid-market clients and partner closely with cross-functional teams (SEO, PPC, Web, PMs, Ops) to ensure delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and long-term account expansion.
