About the Role:
Our support operation is mission-critical to revenue, retention, and customer trust. We need a
Customer Support Manager
to own the entire support floor like a high-accountability operator — not a passive coordinator.
This role blends real-time operations, data-driven performance management, strict process enforcement, and team building. You will run daily queue health across tickets, live chat, and calls; enforce standards ruthlessly; use Zendesk data to coach, incentivize, and hold agents accountable; and continuously optimize workflows so the Founder is never pulled into daily chaos.
