Customer Success Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Manager based in Petaling Jaya. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving customer retention, and fostering strong customer relationships. The daily tasks will involve addressing client needs, providing outstanding customer service, and collecting feedback to enhance overall customer experience.
