Customer Success Manager

We're looking for a
Customer Success Manager

to make sure our clients get the best experience with their audio campaigns. You'll be the link between sales and delivery — keeping clients engaged between proposals and reports, making sure campaigns run smoothly, and jumping in to support pitches when needed. The main focus is client success and retention, but you'll also help the sales team with proposals and revenue opportunities. You'll build strong relationships with agencies and brands, plan your territory, and help close deals across managed service, PMP, and PG campaigns.
