Account Manager who can do more than just manage accounts—we need someone to
be the face of our brand, own the client journey, and help us close new deals.
You'll be the bridge between our clients' needs and our internal success, ensuring everyone
is happy, productive, and growing.
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning the Client Relationship
• Be the primary point of contact for your portfolio.
• Lead client onboarding, conduct monthly business reviews, and keep them updated
at the 30/60/90-day marks.
• Spot opportunities to grow existing accounts (upselling).
