Job Description
As a
Customer Success Manager,
you will be the first point of contact for clients after the sales handoff, ensuring they successfully onboard and integrate within the platform. You will work closely with internal teams (Development, IT, Accounting, and Compliance) to configure client accounts, resolve escalations, and drive retention. Given the high volume of client interactions, multitasking, responsiveness, and proactive follow-ups will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Support
- Guide new clients through the onboarding and integration process, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Address client inquiries, provide product guidance, and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Account Management & Issue Resolution
