The opportunity
Kakiyo is an AI-powered LinkedIn SDR platform. Paying customers. Growing fast. But here's the problem:
The CTO is answering every support ticket. There's no onboarding system. No help docs. No proactive retention. It's held together with duct tape.
We're at the point where the founders can't do support anymore. This role exists because we're growing too fast to keep duct-taping it.
We need someone to build customer success from zero. Not join a team. Build it.
