Job Description
Part-Time | 20 hours per week | 4hrs a day | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM PST
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) to lead fulfillment for an AI Coaching Program and high-ticket ascension offers.
This role will centralize and optimize the entire client journey, ensuring strong retention, improved client satisfaction, and consistent ascension revenue. The CSM will function as both a client-facing leader and a systems-driven operator, collaborating closely with leadership and the internal tech team to build a modern, AI-enhanced fulfillment ecosystem.
This Role Is Designed To:
- Centralize fragmented systems (Email, GoHighLevel, WhatsApp, and course platforms) into a streamlined workflow
- Re-onboard existing clients into a unified fulfillment structure
