Customer Success Manager

We’re looking for a seasoned and ambitious Senior Customer Success Manager to lead relationships with some of the most influential TV, digital, and media organisations in the region (NZ and Aus). In this hands‑on, client‑facing role, you will become the trusted advisor for customers, ensuring they maximise the value of TV solutions, including campaign planning, forecasting, reporting, and inventory optimisation. This role combines client strategy, adoption leadership, training, insights, and cross‑functional collaboration.
